Your first card fair: what to bring (only what organisers actually publish)
First card fair: cash (Lille: no ATM), hours, VIP, kids. Advice taken from official organiser pages — no invented table fees. Facts from official sourceUrl
Not a made-up packing list
A trade fair is not a tournament. Organisers do publish payment, VIP and age rules. This guide uses only official pages checked on 7 October 2026.
1. Listing first, then the source
Cardagenda fields: format, fee, registration, sourceUrl. Fee is not always door entry (RK9 vs Weezevent).
Sourced examples: Lille Card Show — free entry and parking, 10:00–18:00, no ATM on site (prefer cash). Rennes Card Show — 17 Oct 2026, Roazhon Park, 10:00–18:00, Weezevent. THE LOFT TCG — published price grid (10/5 € day presale, 15/8 € weekend, 13 € door, 30 € VIP). Deinze — €4, free under 6.
Empty fee on Cardagenda means unknown, not free.
2. Cash
Lille Infos pratiques is explicit: no ATM, prefer cash, card/PayPal only if the seller has it. Other fairs do not all say this.
3. VIP vs public hours
Lille VIP: entry 1 hour before public. Paris Card Show 2026: Sat 10:30–18:00 (VIP 9:30), Sun 10:30–17:00 (VIP 9:30). Loft VIP: 30 minutes early.
4. What to bring
No organiser here mandates visitor gear. For a bourse: cards to sell/trade, sleeves, your own price list, ID for e-tickets. Championship weekends (Nice, Lille Pokémon, Ghent Magic, FAB Paris) are a different queue.
5. Exhibitor tables
Loft publishes €220 for a two-day table. Deinze: email info@gameloods.be. Do not copy one fair’s table price onto another.
6. Kids
Deinze free under 6. Loft child 5 € / 8 €. Lille free for everyone. Rennes child price: see Weezevent, not restated here.
