A beginner/family TCG weekend: where entry is actually simple
Family TCG weekend: free Lille Card Show, Deinze €4 (under 6 free), Loft child €5. Skip Regionals and Worlds for a first visit. Facts from official sourceU
A hall, not an RK9 queue
First weekend with kids (or no deck): look at entry, length, what is on the tables. Pokémon/Magic/FAB championships are the wrong first try.
€0 — Lille Card Show: free entry and parking, 10:00–18:00, B’Twin Village, no ATM. 2026 edition was 3 October.
€4, under 6 free — Deinze, 7 November 2026, 10:00–17:00, Pokémon only.
Published child price — THE LOFT TCG, 17–18 October 2026, Herblay: day presale €10 / €5 child, weekend €15 / €8.
Rennes Card Show 17 October 2026, Roazhon Park 10:00–18:00 — check Weezevent for child tickets (not in the home-page extract).
Skip Nice/Lille Pokémon Regionals, Ghent Magic, FAB Worlds Paris for a first visit.
Japan Touch Lyon (28–29 Nov) has a TCG zone inside a 30,000 m² Asian-culture festival — family outing, not a card bourse; check Japan Touch ticketing.
Checklist: one venue, one day, cash, no tournament deck, skip `championship` format, re-read sourceUrl that morning.
